What counts as a managed channel?
One platform is one channel. Meta (Facebook + Instagram) counts as one. Google (Search + Performance Max) counts as one. YouTube counts separately. TikTok, LinkedIn, Vibe, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat and others each count as one.
Is media spend included in the fee?
No. Media spend is paid directly to the ad platforms and is separate from Cosmo's fee. Managed Paid Media starts at $25,000/month in media spend, with no cap inside the agreed scope.
Why isn't pricing tied to spend?
Because the fee pays for scope and operating complexity — not for recommending you spend more. Percentage pricing rewards a bigger bill; a fixed fee gets more cost-effective as you scale.
What does Competitive Intelligence actually monitor?
Publicly available competitor ads and known paid landing pages, refreshed weekly, for up to three named competitors. Public libraries show what's running — not competitor spend or performance — so we read strategy, not their books. Coverage can shift when platforms and pages change.
What happens when a competitor's ad disappears?
Its history stays in your dashboard — first seen, last seen, and our read on it. When an ad stops appearing we mark it "no longer observed," and archived third-party creative stays viewable in your workspace where permitted. It doesn't become yours to redistribute.
What if we need more than three channels?
That's Growth — we scope it to your stack, including creative support and landing-page testing when you want the extra muscle. Book an intro and we'll shape it together.
