## how we work

Our engine. Your data. Your brain.

Cosmo isn't a dashboard you rent or an agency seat you borrow — it's an AI marketing system we run for you. This page shows exactly how: what it plugs into, what it runs every day, and the one rule every change ships through. Here's the wiring.

## how-it-all-connects

Works with your marketing stack.

Give Cosmo access to your tools and it goes to work — reading results, building campaigns, flagging waste, and banking everything it learns in your client brain.

## how-a-connection-works

From access to approved change, in six steps.

  1. Grant scoped access — ad platforms, analytics, warehouse.
  2. Map the rules — goals, economics, constraints, and who signs off on what.
  3. Seed your client brain — rules, context, and playbooks, kept in readable formats.
  4. Run measured cycles — Cosmo reads results, runs the modules, learns your patterns.
  5. Propose, then ship — every consequential change is approved by a human first. Never a silent edit.
  6. Log and learn — outcomes land in the log and feed the brain. Download yours anytime.

## the-operating-model

Three beats. One rule.

We pull the signals that matter from your accounts and first-party data.

learn

The brain applies its modules, then keeps getting better inside your business.

act

Anything consequential waits for human approval before it goes live.

the rule is approve-before-execute — it shows up in everything below.

## the-brain-and-the-modules

A brain, with a library of 30+ modules.

The brain doesn't start from blank paper. It starts from modules we've already run for real brands, tuned to yours. A module is a repeatable routine with a job to do — here's one pass through the engine:

cyclemodulethe jobcadence
01 · understandbrand-auditYour brand context, built once — everything else reads itweekly refresh
02 · analyzecreative-deep-diveNames the hook, mechanic, and format behind every adon demand
03 · buildcampaign-buildsFull structure built in your Meta account, staged pausedon approval
04 · scalekill-scaleWatches every ad's fatigue, drafts the day's kill-and-scale listdaily
05 · sweepwaste-sweepMines search terms, drafts the negative-keyword list with savingsweekly
06 · reportweekly-deckA branded deck on the week — building on the one beforeevery monday

Then the cycle runs again — smarter, because the brain kept every lesson. Built into every module: plan mode — see the plan before it builds · self-grading — it checks whether its own calls were right · a readable brain — browse everything it knows. New modules ship all the time, including custom ones for your business.

## does-and-never

What Cosmo does. What it never does.

does

  • connects through access you grant — and can revoke
  • exposes changes as reviewable proposals before they matter
  • keeps your brain readable, searchable, and yours to download

never

  • holds your knowledge hostage
  • makes consequential changes without a review step
  • leaves you guessing what happened, or why

## the-hand-off

Leaving? Your brain leaves with you.

Ask, and you get your complete client brain — goals, rules, playbooks, knowledge, insights, decisions, and the full history of what ran and why — in open, documented formats: Markdown, YAML, JSON, CSV. That's every piece of intelligence built for your business — not a copy of our engine. Stay because it works — not because leaving is hard.

## faq

Questions we get from new partners.

Where does my data live?

Where it already lives — your accounts, your warehouse, your CRM. Cosmo reads it through scoped access; it doesn't swallow it. What the system produces — your brain, its reports — sits in Cosmo-managed storage, isolated per client and downloadable by you.

Do you train AI on my data?

No. Cosmo runs on foundation models whose terms keep your data out of training — and your client brain is isolated from every other client's.

What happens if we stop working together?

You revoke our access, you get your complete client brain in open formats, and we delete what we hold. No exit negotiation.

Do I need a technical team to run this?

No — you never operate the system at all. We run the engine; you see every move and approve the consequential ones, in plain terms.

What do you plug into?

The major ad platforms, plus GA4, warehouse-style analytics, ad libraries for competitor pulls, and your first-party data. The connection model is simple — permissions you grant and can revoke — so if you use it, we can probably plug into it. Ask.

You've seen the wiring. Want it running for you?
